OUR PROFILE
We are a family run Property Rental and Property Management Company based in Elviria, Marbella. We arrived on the Costa Del Sol, Spain from England in 1999 after many fantastic holidays renting numerous villas and apartments over the years. We all thought that what better way to make a living than to provide others with those fantastic holidays here on the Costa Del Sol?
However, we knew we had to learn to walk before we could run, and as a result, we have spent the years gaining invaluable experience with some of the Costa Del Sol’s leading companys, from Real Estate, Property Management and Rentals to Interior Design and Sky Satellite Installation, we feel we now have a lot to offer our clients with our combined experience and can provide a standard of service that is second to none.
Marguerite & Colin handle all of our Property Management. They will arrange key holding, cleaning, laundry, repairs, maintenance, gardening, pool cleaning and any additional requirements.
Marguerite also is responsible for the creativity and flair of our Interior Design Service and Furniture Packages, and most people agree she has quite a talent!
Jennifer & Paul are responsible for all Holiday Rentals and Long Term Rentals. They will provide all of the services that go along with this, including handling enquiries, low cost flights, meet and greets at the airport, welcome packs, listing new rental villas and apartments, car/van/limousine hire, golf reservations, a taxi and minibus service that will take you to and from the Airport to your luxury Villa or Apartment and much more. They are always happy to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure every single client is happy with our service.
Jonathan is a fully qualified Alarm & Security Engineer. He worked with one of the largest security company’s in the world - ADT - and since moving to the Costa Del Sol has added Sky Satellite Installation, Sound System Solutions and Air-Conditioning Installation to his skills and experience. With his standard of work and the skills he possesses, we are more than happy to recommend him to all of our Owner clients. He is a lot more realistic with his prices than many other companies on the Costa Del Sol.
We have also spent a long time selecting and building relationships with a number of other respectable companys, whom we can call on at any time, ensuring that we can provide everything we have promised and that we are indeed a one stop shop for all of our clients needs.
